Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received, our team will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
